They are seeking a Cardiac Surgeon available ASAP for a 6-month to 1-year assignment (credentialing takes about 4590 days, but can be expedited to 45 days with quick turnaround). The schedule consists of 24-hour call shifts, 1014 days per month. This is a Level 1 trauma facility with 400 beds using Epic EMR and Maquet EVH. The department averages 56 hearts per week and has APP support.
