Description
The Mortgage Loan Officer is primarily responsible for marketing Seacoast Bank's residential products outside the Bank thereby developing referral relationships through realtors, builders, site agents and other outside referral sources. They also build relationships with internal line of business partners to deepen existing Seacoast Bank relationships. This position is expected to lead business development in both Residential lending and acquiring new deposits, focusing on the Hillsborough and Pinellas county markets while also developing market leadership presence in the local community. Consistently gains the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity. This person must have a presence in this geographical market.
