We’re looking for Control Panel Wirers with a strong interest in electrical wiring and mechanical assembly to join our growing team in St. Charles, Illinois. This is a great opportunity to build your skills in a clean, modern, and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
• Wire and assemble electrical control panels with accuracy and attention to detail
• Terminate wires, label components, and ensure proper routing
• Install pre-wired panels into control boxes and enclosures
• Use hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers) and power tools (drills, impact drivers)
• Follow control documentation and safety procedures
• Assist with mechanical assembly tasks as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 / hr.
