Job Description
We are seeking a Practice Administrator to join the team! The Practice Administrator will serve as a key leader within the practice, managing clinical and administrative operations, supervising staff, partnering closely with physicians, and maintaining a high-touch service environment aligned with concierge medicine standards. The ideal candidate has prior experience in concierge or internal medicine, understands medical billing and revenue cycle processes, and thrives in a patient-centric, fast-paced environment.

Pay up to $90k

Practice Administrator Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the practice to ensure a premium patient experience
- Manage, mentor, and schedule front office and back-office clinical staff
- Partner with physicians and other providers to support optimal workflow and care delivery
- Develop and enforce office policies, procedures, and performance standards
- Manage practice communications, vendor relationships, and supply inventory
- Oversee medical billing, coding processes, and revenue cycle operations
- Monitor patient membership billing, renewals, and financial reporting
- Work closely with accounting to review expenses, budget, and monthly financials
- Ensure compliance with billing, documentation, and practice standards
- Maintain concierge-level service standards for all patient touchpoints
- Address patient inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Support new patient onboarding and membership processes
- Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory compliance
- Manage credentialing, insurance documents, and provider licensing renewals
- Lead onboarding for new staff and support ongoing training programs
Qualifications
4+ years of medical practice management experience , preferably in concierge or internal medicineStrong knowledge of medical billing & revenue cycle processesExperience managing front-office and clinical staffProven track record supporting multiple providersExcellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesTechnology-savvy; EMR experience required (concierge-focused systems a plus)Preferred Experience
Concierge medicine experience strongly preferredKnowledge of membership-based practice modelsBackground in a small or private-practice healthcare setting
