THE ROLE :
MARKET LEADER – NEW ORLEANS The Market Leader is responsible for building, growing, and running the New Orleans office in accordance with ELIFIN’s proven framework and core values.This is a hands-on leadership seat where you lead, coach, recruit, develop talent, and push the office to maximize its revenue and market share.You set the pace.You leverage the winning ELIFIN system.You elevate the team.And you own the results.RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Revenue Own revenue performance for the New Orleans office.Drive activity volume, pipeline depth, and agent productivity.Support live deals, help agents win listings, and elevate proposal strategy.Ensure Salesforce adoption and accurate reporting for pipeline, listings, and closings.Identify revenue bottlenecks early and solve them fast. 2.Recruiting & Onboarding Talent Own the recruiting pipeline :
sourcing, outreach, interviewing, selecting.Attract new-to-industry talent, mid-level agents, and experienced brokers.Ensure onboarding is crisp, structured, and leads to early activity.Build a deep bench of future producers and leaders in the New Orleans market. 3.Agent Development & Accountability Set the daily tone of preparation, speed, honesty, and accountability.Lead from the front — present, engaged, and highly available to agents.Run the office rhythm :
Weekly Tactical Meetings, Weekly training sessions, monthly results reviews, and firm follow-through.Hold agents accountable to commitments, activity levels, and business plans.Coach agents directly on calls, proposals, listings, negotiations, and execution.Oversee mentorships, certifications, and agent progression paths.Remove obstacles and create an environment where agents can produce at the highest level.Ensure standards are upheld consistently across the office, without exception. 4.Maximize Market Share Build a strategic agent deployment plan using ELIFIN’s proprietary Block system to ensure territory and product coverage across Greater New Orleans.Partner with agents to dominate submarkets.Recruit strategically to fill gaps in product type or geography.Keep a pulse on competitor activity and seize openings quickly.Position ELIFIN as the first call for commercial property owners in the Greater New Orleans market.QUALIFICATIONS Required 2–5+ years in commercial real estate brokerage Strong background in cold calling, prospecting, and activity-driven sales Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading salespeople Solid understanding of CRE fundamentals across product types Strong communicator with the ability to set standards and uphold them High-activity, high-integrity leadership style Willingness to work early, late, and weekends as needed Preferred Leadership or management experience inside a brokerage Experience building or scaling a team P&L awareness and strong business acumen CRM proficiency and ATS familiarity NOTE :
