Job Description

The Director of Construction will be responsible for :

• Candidate will oversee all construction practices, consisting of 4 divisions and 50 employees. Please note there are already leaders in place for these divisions, so the candidate will be in charge of mentoring and leading these employees
• Accountable for successful delivery of all projects
• Leading the annual strategic planning process, setting clear goals and objectives for all construction teams
• Monitor progress across teams, leaders, and managers, providing guidance and support to keep projects and initiatives on track
• Guides implementations of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
• Leads contract negotiations
• Keeps senior leadership informed on department status, key risks, progress, and emerging issues to enable collaborative problem solving
• Financial & Operation oversight
• Personnel management
