Whether you’re coordinating orders behind the scenes or delivering smiles on the road, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every catering experience is magnifique!

What You’ll Do

• Manage Catering Orders: Take and process catering requests accurately, ensuring every detail — from menu selections to timing — is perfect.
• Deliver with Care: Load, transport, and deliver catering orders safely, ensuring each arrives fresh, complete, and beautifully presented.
• Provide Exceptional Service: Greet clients with professionalism and warmth, creating a lasting positive impression.
• Coordinate and Communicate: Work with kitchen and café teams to organize orders, confirm details, and meet delivery timelines.
• Maintain Quality: Check food presentation, temperature, and packaging for every order.
• Represent the Brand: Act as the friendly, professional face of La Madeleine at every delivery and event.
• Stay Organized & Safe: Follow food safety procedures, keep the vehicle and workspace clean, and adhere to all company and traffic guidelines.
• Promote Catering: Help spread the word about La Madeleine’s catering by connecting with local businesses and guests.

What You’ll Bring

• A genuine passion for people, food, and service
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and deliver catering trays and boxes
• Prior catering, delivery, or customer service experience is a plus

This position operates in both restaurant and delivery settings. La Madeleine staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. Regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching are required.
