This role is essential for overseeing the financial operations, managing cost accounting, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting within a construction or manufacturing environment and be proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage job project financials, including labor allocation and inventory management.
• Maintain and oversee financial records such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Track and document project expenditures, ensuring cost accounting accuracy.
• Coordinate payroll functions with third-party providers, including timekeeping and employee onboarding.
• Prepare and present financial statements for management review.
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements regularly.
• Handle invoices, receipts, and other financial documents efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations, including sales and income taxes.
• Support collections processes through effective communication and follow-up.
• Coordinate with external accountants and other financial professionals as needed.
• Manage office operations, including organizing filing systems and maintaining clerical functions.
