The key characteristics we're looking for are :

Strong experience in React / React Native, Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and SQL databases

4+ years of experience building production-level mobile apps.

Proficiency in Supabase or similar platforms (e.g. Firebase, PocketBase).

Proven experience building fully functional software applications using the latest AI technologies.

Solid experience with Drizzle or other ORMs for building efficient data structures.

Strong DevOps expertise with hands-on experience in both AWS and Azure cloud platforms - including EC2, Lambda, S3, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and container services.

Proficiency with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and configuration management tools.

Projects Youll Be Working On :

As an agency, you will be in charge of a variety of innovative projects aiming to push the limits in healthcare, fintech, edtech, crypto, and on-demand space.

Since we are fully remote and our team is across the globe, you are expected to interact with different teams and need to be flexible with different time zones. All our employees must overlap at a minimum between 7 AM and 11 AM Pacific Standard Time

Experience with AI-assisted development using tools like Cursor and Claude Code to maximize productivity.

Your Responsibilities Include :

Architect and implement full stack solutions for web and mobile platforms.

Maintain and enhance existing web and mobile applications across our product portfolio.

Design and develop new custom components to meet project requirements.

Manage and update project dependencies, resolving any conflicts efficiently.

A knack for consulting others on how to best achieve a feature for scalability and their business goals (as opposed to waiting for instructions on how to build a feature, or building something the first way that comes to mind).

Collaborate with fellow software engineers to build well-structured, flexible front-end and back-end architecture, including supporting APIs.

Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, including containerization, orchestration, and scaling.
