Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the office of the CFO, and other executives as required. The successful individual in this role will be dynamic, performance-driven, well-organized, and flexible, thriving in a fast-paced environment. This individual must be a superb communicator, able to multi-task, work independently, and make appropriate decisions on behalf of executives, as well as work professionally with various team members and stakeholders internally and externally.
Responsibilities :
- Manage complex calendar requirements, including timely scheduling to ensure meetings are prioritized and occur with appropriate timelines.
- Communicate on behalf of executives internally and externally.
- Prioritize tasks and take timely action based on departmental objectives and business needs.
- Adhere to T&E policies, book travel domestic and international, process expenses.
- Follow purchasing policies, process invoices, and track orders.
- Facilitate projects, prioritize demands, and adjust based on executive priorities.
- Prepare executives for meetings with materials and agendas.
- Coordinate team meetings and internal communications (e.g., distribute information, schedule presentations, provide PowerPoint presentations and agenda).
- Manage internal and external high-profile events.

Summarizes information quickly and tracks communication across multiple channels (meetings, video calls, IM, texts, emails).Prioritizes and works independently and collaboratively with administrative assistants / external partners across different time zones and heavy workloads.Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Concur Travel and Expense, Coupa, SAP, SharePoint, and Workday preferredPositive work attitude, high productivity and professionalism.Requirements :
