Training and Workforce Development Manager

A company is looking for a Training and Workforce Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage execution of activities, deadlines, and projects for the clinical training team

Conduct training sessions and develop training content for the TEAM UP Center's program

Oversee recruitment and matching of interns with projects and mentors

Required Qualifications

Master's in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience

Experience in primary care and / or community-based settings

Project management experience preferred

Experience in pediatric and youth settings preferred

Prior experience in curriculum development and training preferred
