Seeking a general carpenter or laborer willing to do any scope of basic carpentry, laborering, site cleaning, etc. If there are carpentry helpers that do both cleaning and light carpentry, that could be an option.  Light carpentry as in minor items like nailing up poly over window openings, etc. Further example of work include :

• Concrete work
• Rough carpentry
• Vacuuming, wiping, mopping, etc. when necessary
• Digging holes and installing granite fence posts (with assistance)
• Moving material, including construction trash and domestic / moving trash (no biohazard)
• Basic painting and masking

Pay is based on experience, $23-$26+ hourly. Benefits offered
