Job description

Pat Gallagher’s Hospitality Group is home to some of the Northshore's most celebrated restaurants, known for white-tablecloth dining, fresh Gulf seafood, and warm Southern hospitality. We are seeking an experienced and driven Executive Chef  to join our leadership team and carry forward the tradition of excellence that defines our brand.

Multiple locations are available within our group, offering exciting opportunities to match your expertise with the right concept and team.

Responsibilities

Oversee all culinary operations, ensuring exceptional quality, presentation, and consistency

Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team with a culture of excellence and collaboration

Develop and execute seasonal menus that reflect our signature style and heritage

Manage food costs, inventory, and vendor relationships with efficiency and integrity

Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards

Collaborate with ownership and management to uphold brand reputation and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

Proven success as an Executive Chef in fine dining or high-volume upscale kitchens

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Passion for elevated Southern and Creole cuisine with a creative approach to menu design

Financial acumen to manage budgets and food cost controls

Dedication to maintaining a professional, respectful, and motivating workplace
