Tayani Institute is seeking a dynamic, energetic and knowledgeable full-time Dispensing Optician with Optician experience to work in our growing and thriving Ophthalmology / Optometry practice.

Our practice provides a broad array of ophthalmology, optometry, optical and plastic surgery services. We are a high volume, fast paced practice offering competitive compensation and benefits.

The Optician must be able to commute to any of our locations in Orange County, CA ( Santa Ana, San Clemente, Laguna Hills)

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Perform duties in the optical department and provide good customer experience
• Perform all billing efforts of insurance plans for billable services / products in the vision plans
• Learn NextGen Optical Management software and perform routine tasks such as sales, billing and inventory
• Manage product inventory and report discrepancies immediately to your manager
• Saturday coverage in the Optical Dept. as needed
• Assist with marketing plans within the Optical Department
