About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP, Network Architecture Strategy to lead the design of an end-to-end networking platform that will revolutionize the way large-scale AI workloads are managed. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the technical direction of this core business pillar, with a focus on connecting tens of thousands of GPUs across next-generation data centers and edge sites. This role demands a visionary with a proven track record in large-scale networking architecture, HPC systems engineering, or related fields, and a deep understanding of technologies such as RDMA, RoCE, InfiniBand, and high-bandwidth fabric design. The SVP will be at the forefront of architectural ownership, collaborating with elite peers, and shaping the company's position in the AI infrastructure market.

Key responsibilities for the SVP include holistic network design, architecture governance, technology evaluation, AI cluster optimization, and cross-functional integration. The role also requires the ability to influence executive decisions and to build and lead a high-impact architecture team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field and a passion for building elite, mission-driven teams. Experience in integrating network design with data center power, cooling, and GPU-density constraints, as well as a history of hands-on technical delivery in fast-growth or greenfield environments, are highly valued. The SVP will be expected to deliver a reference architecture for exabyte-scale AI training clusters, validate a prototype data-center network, and establish strategic partnerships that influence the development of high-bandwidth fabrics and advanced NICs.
