Senior Data Science Leader

Join our dynamic Retail team as a Senior Data Science Leader, where you will spearhead advanced analytics and AI innovation. This exciting opportunity blends technical expertise with strategic vision, as you mentor a dedicated team and collaborate across Consumer Dealer Analytics (CDA) to enhance analytics, insights, and the adoption of AI technologies. We are looking for a hands-on modeler, a mentor, and a change agent who excels in a fast-paced, data-centric environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Drive the complete development of predictive, prescriptive, and perceptive models that align with our Retail strategy and operations.
• Lead and mentor a talented team of data scientists, fostering both professional growth and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with product teams, engineering, business stakeholders, and external partners to transform complex data insights into actionable strategies.
• Be an integral member of the CDA AI Learning & Development team, contributing to the design and delivery of AI training and enablement throughout the organization.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities utilizing AI-assisted tools such as Snowflake Cortex, GitHub Copilot, and M365 Copilot.
• Promote MLOps practices to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient model deployment.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in AI and machine learning, continually assessing their potential impact on business outcomes.

Compensation for this role ranges from $119,600.00 to $199,400.00 per year. The final salary may vary based on location and the candidate's skills and experience. Additional compensation may be available through an incentive program.
