Job Description :

The Business Analyst will drive requirements management, operational readiness, and enablement activities to support new product and service launches.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

• Manage requirements for product and service launch initiatives.
• Use tools like AHA (or similar) to track features and product readiness.
• Support teams with operational readiness and enablement for go-to-market execution.
• Resolve backlog items and streamline partially operationalized processes.
• Define business requirements to support global adoption and rollout.

Requirements :

Experience managing requirements for product / service launches.

Experience supporting global product rollouts.
