Your key responsibilities will include : supporting management in daily store activities, maintaining store appearance, ensuring compliance with operational policies, training staff, handling customer inquiries, and managing inventory levels. Key qualifications for the Assistant Retail Store Manager position include :

• Previous experience in retail, preferably in an assistant or supervisory role.
• Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and train team members.
• Experience in inventory management and sales reporting.
• Competence in cash handling and financial transactions.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical requirements may include : ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs. as needed.
