Job Title : Provider Integration Specialist

Location : Norwood, OH

Pay Range : : $45 - $50 hourly

Duties :

Physician onboarding; may consider locum recruiter.

• Lead the integration of new providers into the client culture by working with Medical Staff, service line leadership, operations and others to ensure all necessary items are prepared for the first day of the providers' employment.
• Collaborate with necessary departments to lead integration needs specific to providers moving and / or adding locations to ensure all necessary items are properly transitioned and ready for the first day of providers' practice at changed / added location. Collaborate with necessary departments to lead integration needs specific to providers departing the network to ensure the provider has all necessary benefit and / or retirement information and appropriate hardware is returned for recycling purposes, as appropriate.
• This position will be required to work efficiently and effectively, making efficient use of time; set and maintain priorities for his / her own work; will plan own work and schedules activities so that deadlines and objectives are met. This position will be required to balance time and attention given to multiple demands and competing priorities; will attend to details while remaining focused on the big picture; and will apply and enforce effective meeting norms; evaluate current methods and constantly seek new and innovative continuous process improvement opportunities specific to provider integration needs.
