The Sentinel Community Engagement Representative reports to the Director of Legislative Affairs, State and Local Government Relations within the Corporate Legislative Affairs organization. The individual will serve as Northrop Grumman's primary point of contact for local leaders, organizations, workforce development groups, and small businesses in the designated communities. This position will require the incumbent to work onsite in the Cheyenne, Wyoming office.

In this job, you'll :

• Lead Northrop Grumman's community presence in planned Sentinel program workforce hub locations and surrounding areas.
• Maintain strong relationships with community leaders, local organizations, workforce development groups, and small businesses.
• Coordinate with Sentinel program executives to be fully informed about program issues and provide feedback and make recommendations about community engagements and workforce development issues.

Primary Level Salary Range : $107,800.00 - $161,800.00. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
