Production Line Worker Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Production Line Worker for our manufacturing operations. You will rotate through multiple stations, inspecting the product for quality, counting the correct number of the product that should go into packaging, then bagging it for distribution. Because the machinery moves quickly, you must remain alert and notify the warehouse supervisor of any problems or defects with the equipment or product.

Production Line Worker Duties and Responsibilities

Inspect the products for quality and size specifications

Count the correct number of products that should go in each package

Bag up the product for distribution

Notify the manager of any problems that arise on the production floor

Follow all company policies and safety protocols

Production Line Worker Requirements and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Able to stand for extended periods

Attention to detail

Able to lift up to 30 pounds

Reliable transportation
