Join Our Team as a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) – Cedar Hill, MO

Arbor View Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated  PRN Physical Therapist or to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Cedar Hill. We welcome new graduates to begin their careers in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Position Summary

As a  Physical Therapist , you will play an essential role in providing direct patient care, implementing treatment plans, and supporting residents’ rehabilitation goals. Your expertise will promote mobility, independence, and enhanced quality of life for those we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy interventions.
• Administer prescribed treatments to promote function, mobility, and pain relief.
• Modify treatment plans as needed based on resident progress.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Communicate patient updates and observations to the therapy team.
• Attend required staff meetings and contribute to a positive team environment.
