A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Product Platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of 5-8 engineers focused on platform and backend systems
Own systems that power key domains like transactions, catalogs, entitlements, and integrations
Drive architectural decisions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability
Required Qualifications
5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years managing engineers
Strong background in building and scaling backend or platform systems
Experience designing APIs and working across distributed systems
Ability to think in terms of systems, abstractions, and long-term architecture
Experience leading teams through complex technical problem spaces
