Real Estate Paralegal – Direct Hire – $50K+ | Fishkill, NY

Are you an experienced paralegal with a strong background in real estate transactions? Our client is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join their legal team in Fishkill, NY . This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity offering a starting salary of $50,000+ , depending on experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM

Location : Fishkill, NY (must be willing to travel to Carmel office occasionally)

Type : Direct Hire

Salary : $50,000+ based on experience

What You’ll Do :

• Manage residential and commercial real estate closings, including bank closings and home sales
• Draft and review legal documents such as purchase agreements, leases, deeds, and closing statements
• Conduct title and survey reviews, identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, and title companies to ensure smooth closings
• Perform due diligence including zoning, tax, and environmental research
• Maintain organized transaction files and prepare post-closing documentation
• Track deadlines and ensure timely filings
• Support attorneys with real estate litigation as needed
