Job descriptionPrepare great meals that make a difference in the lives of residents who cherish homemade, nourishing food. Benefits : Paid Time Off (PTO) Weekly Pay Paid Training Holiday Pay Referral Program For Full-Time Health Insurance after 90 days 401 K or Roth Matching after 1 Year Dental Vision Life Insurance Position Details : Schedules Available : 2nd Shift : 11 : 30 AM - 7 : 30 PM (Full-Time and Part-Time) Pay : $16.00 – $18.50 per hour, Credit for experience, training, and certification Key Responsibilities : Prepare great meals : for up to 100 residents following established menus and guidelines. Present meals that exceed the expectations of residents and meet all food safety regulations. Assist with food preparation, clean-up, dishwashing, sanitizing kitchen equipment, cleaning kitchen, and storing supplies. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain smooth and efficient operation. Experience in large-batch cooking preferred (healthcare, catering, banquet service, schools, or restaurant environment). Applicants should have a strong work history, reliability, and a heart for service. Passionate about working in a Christian, faith-based environment, and dedicated to serving older adults with compassion and excellence.
