What will you be doing?

• Manage SEC Filings : Oversee the SEC drafting, review and filing process for the Company's SEC filings, including, but not limited to, 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and 8-Ks
• Research technical accounting matters : Assist with preparation of accounting memos and implementation of new accounting standards
• Remain current on disclosure requirements : Benchmark the Company's disclosures against the Company's peer group
• Month end-close : Ensure month-end closing process of recording journal entries, completing and reviewing reconciliations and issuing financial statements for corporate and consolidated are performed accurately, timely and efficiently
• Process improvement : Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness of processes, including automation
• Maintain internal control structure : Effectively manage internal controls over the financial statement close process, in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley standards for public companies
