A commercial builder specializing in healthcare, K-12, higher education, and municipal work throughout eastern Iowa.

Position Summary :

The Superintendent leads on-site field activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage subcontractors, daily field operations, and manpower planning

Lead safety, QC, site logistics, and inspections

Coordinate with PM on schedule updates and material planning

Resolve daily field challenges and maintain progress documentation

Qualifications :

5–7+ years as a Superintendent in commercial construction

Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications

Strong leadership and communication skills
