Marketing - Social Media Manager

Rise Capital Group is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team in our Houston office. In this role, you will work closely with leadership, operations, and media teams to support social media, partner communications, and content consistency across platforms. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and uniform updates for partners while helping maintain the company’s marketing and communications infrastructure.

This is an in-office, hands-on role ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced oil and gas environment.

$55,000 - $115,000 yearly

• Coordinate and manage social media content across company platforms
• Assist with drafting, scheduling, and publishing communications and marketing content
• Provide continuous partner updates in coordination with internal teams
• Work hand-in-hand with operations and media teams to gather field updates, photos, and videos
• Help translate operational activity into clear, professional marketing and partner-facing content
• Assist with maintaining the partner/investor portal, ensuring all materials are uniform, accurate, and current
• Identify inconsistencies or missing content and coordinate visibility and corrections
• Track basic engagement metrics and content performance as requested

• Advanced knowledge of current market trends
• Associate degree (2-year minimum) or equivalent experience required
• Bachelor’s degree a plus
• Experience in marketing, communications, or social media coordination
• High attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work collaboratively in an in-office environment
