JOB TITLE : Senior Structural Design Engineer

LOCATION : Wichita, KS

PAY RATE : $69 / hour

Summary :

Apply engineering and physical science principles, materials knowledge, and tools in a collaborative environment to develop, integrate, document, and evaluate flight vehicle structures for performance, functional adequacy, cost-effectiveness, manufacturability, and regulatory compliance.

Areas of expertise may include :

Primary and secondary structure design

Payloads design, weights, and lofting

Metallic fuselage structures

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; aerospace / structural engineering degrees preferred

Recent commercial structures experience (within the last 10 years) with primary structures focus

Proficiency in CATIA, ENOVIA, and Boeing design processes

Experience with commercial OEM programs

Experience in metallic design, aero structures, product development, and new design

Applicants with engineering degrees preferred over drafter / tech designer backgrounds

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
