Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Project Management Integrator / Project Management Integrator. This position will be located at our Aeronautics Systems Sector in Palmdale, CA. The candidate will be required to improve their knowledge of industry practices and standards and demonstrate the skill and ability to perform professional tasks. This individual should possess leadership and team building capabilities and have strong interpersonal skills. Must possess solid organization abilities and be a motivated, flexible team player. Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to) :

• Programmatic operation and integration directly supporting the Program Office in day-to-day execution
• Assess project issues, and support development of resolutions to meet productivity, quality and customer satisfaction goals and objectives
• Development, implementation, and maintenance of tools / templates for monitoring project progress
• Preparation of status reports and presentations for NGC internal and Customer meetings
