• Work 12-hour rotating shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends / holidays as needed
• Day shifts available : 6 : 00 AM-2 : 30 PM, 6 : 30 AM-3 : 00 PM, 8 : 00 AM-4 : 30 PM, 9 : 30 AM-5 : 00 PM
• Afternoon shift : 2 : 30 PM-11 : 00 PM
• Midnight shift : 12 : 00 AM-8 : 00 AM
• Staff works 2,2,3 shift rotation (2 on, 2 off, 3 on) between 2 teams
• Every other weekend requirement
• May be asked to participate in holiday rotation
• Work independently as the only tech in-house during overnight shifts
• Perform approximately 65 scans per day across 24 hours in 2 CT rooms
• Common imaging studies include head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, and biopsies with sterile tray setup
• Must have IV experience and be comfortable starting IVs
• Training available for performing biopsies if necessary
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Work with GE VCT 64 slice and Siemens Somatom Definition 64 slice equipment
• Use Community Works EMR and Intellirad / Intelliconnect PACS systems
• 5 shifts of orientation with a preceptor
• Required certifications : BLS, WV X-ray License, Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT) preferred or minimum 3-5 years CT experience
• WV CARES required prior to start
• Must include copy of unexpired driver's license with submission
• May wear any color scrubs as long as clean and professional

The facility maintains two modern CT rooms with state-of-the-art 64-slice scanners and provides both inpatient and outpatient imaging services. The department is supported by experienced leadership including an imaging director, manager, and lead technologists, with radiologists available in-house until 5 PM and on-call coverage thereafter. Location : Weirton, WV Weirton is located in the northern panhandle of West Virginia, offering easy access to both Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and the greater Ohio Valley region.
