Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,959 per week in Oakland, CA

Required to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants. Next day mandatory reporting of start of care visits. Clinical notes and other documentation due within 48 hours of visit. Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office. Be generally responsive during normal business hours. Schedule : 40 hours per week, Saturday to Wednesday. Training : 3 full days; one in-house and two in the field. Documentation System : Kinnser. Equipment Issued : iPad, Verizon One Talk. Mileage Reimbursement : Mileage reimbursement available from first to last patient. Company Car : Option available with a decreased bill rate. Productivity Requirement : 30 points per week. Point to Hourly Conversion : 1 point equals 1.33 hours. Caseloads and visit mixes per day will equal an average of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.
