Channel Manager - Ferguson Showrooms
The Senior Channel Manager Showroom will lead the strategic development and growth of the Signature Hardware brand within the Ferguson Showroom Channel!
This role is responsible for driving initiatives that enhance product visibility, support field teams, and align with broader business goals. This role will work closely with the President of the brand, the VP of Sales & Strategy, along with cross-functional collaboration across many teams. This individual will be a champion for the showroom channel and ensure its continued success.
Position Details
- Direct responsibility for Signature Hardware brand performance in the Ferguson Showroom Channel, with annual revenue exceeding $160M+ annually with strong opportunity for growth
- This is open to remote candidates living in the Eastern Time Zone of the US or based out of Signature Hardware offices in Erlanger, KY.
Responsibilities
Channel Strategy & Growth
Develop and implement channel sales strategies aligned with Signature Hardware's brand objectives.Partner with Sales and Product Development to curate showroom product assortments that improve sales growth and brand visibility.Provide pricing recommendations to ensure competitive positioning and healthy margins.Showroom Network Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships across the Ferguson showroom network.Actively participate in showroom strategy meetings to align on long-term goals and partnership success.Play a key role in communication efforts for new product launches and brand initiatives across the showroom network, partnering with marketingNew Product Launch & Merchandising
Key driver in the launch of new products into the showroom channel through tailored, comprehensive launch kits delivered on time and in full.Collaborate cross-functionally to develop flexible, fast merchandising solutions with enhanced analytics capabilities.Spearhead the Showroom Display Vignette program, ensuring design-forward execution that reflects brand strategy.Training & Enablement
Assess and enhance training offerings in partnership with the Signature Hardware Training Team to meet showroom and field needs.Support the delivery of training and sales enablement tools to drive product knowledge and sales effectiveness.Competitive & Market Intelligence
Serve as the internal expert on competitive actions, including product launches, pricing, and program shifts.Monitor industry trends and influences to ensure Signature Hardware remains aligned with future growth opportunities.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Development, and Own Brand Business Partners to build a consistent showroom program that supports long-term growth and profitability.Lead general project management efforts to support the brand's voice and initiatives in the field.Co-develop financial tools with Sales and Finance to evaluate showroom sales and programming opportunities.Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of Ferguson Showroom or related leadership experienceSelf-motivated, with a results oriented approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative teamMeticulous, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously; while meeting deadlinesExperience defining customer needs and providing solutionsAbility to think strategically and align actions with long-term goalsProven track record of driving growth strategies and leading sales teamsAbility to analyze data, develop budgets, implement plans, and deliver effective presentationsStrong interpersonal relationship-building skills with a focus on collaboration and accountabilityStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent public speaker with exceptional presentation skillsAbility to up to travel nationally, up to 50%At Signature Hardware, we care for each other. Pay Range : $9,225.00 - $15,033.70
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
