Job description

BOS Staffing is seeking an Entry-Level Sales & Recruiting Associate for our Athens, GA office. This role is ideal for someone who is competitive, money-motivated, and eager to build a recruiting career that blends sales, client development, and candidate matchmaking. If you are high-energy, love talking to people, and want a clear path to a full-desk recruiter role with strong commission potential, this could be the perfect opportunity.

If You Have :

A strong sales mentality and are highly motivated by earning potential

Comfort making a high volume of outbound calls (both candidates and prospective clients)

A demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency and meet goals in a fast-paced environment

Any prior experience in sales, customer service, or call-center environments (a plus, not required)

Any prior experience in the legal or accounting fields, along with a strong sales mentality

Strong computer skills and social media savvy

A college degree is preferred but not required if you bring strong drive and sales aptitude

You Will Be :

Sourcing and calling candidates to fill open job orders

Placing outbound calls to job applicants to gather information and pre-qualify them

Setting interviews and appointments for candidates and clients

Helping applicants complete applications and new hire paperwork

Making introductory outreach to potential client companies to share BOS Staffing's services

Following up consistently by phone, email, and text to move candidates and leads through the pipeline
