Overview

You are a dynamic Business Intelligence Analyst, interested in challenging the status quo, by having a deep understand of business processes and value drivers, you can act as the intermediary between the business and Data, using a deep understanding of business processes and technology to achieve desired outcomes.

Pay Rate : $90 ,000 - $115,000 based on experience.

Job Highlights :

Work with Digital, Data and Business stakeholders to elicit high-level requirements and capture business and end user needs; understand the customer journey, processes, data use, analysis, and quality - and define user requirements. Proactively monitor industry, functional, and technology trends

• Analyze new and existing processes and propose process improvements that can increase accuracy, efficiency, and / or value
• Communicate solution tradeoffs to business stakeholders to frame and influence project decisions
• Identify and analyze business needs and coordinate between stakeholder groups to address them
• Assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands based on business impact and Digital strategy.
• Leverage data and facts to identify patterns, using judgment to form conclusions that may challenge conventional wisdom, and focuses on the issues to identify high leverage intervention points and strategies
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, business, digital and data teams
• Support business case creation
