Position Summary
With guidance from and in collaboration with the Unit Director, the Institutional Research Analyst II aggregates, analyzes, interprets various student and academic data. Using database, spreadsheet, statistical, analytical, visualization, presentation, and various other software programs to complete tasks, the employee conducts analyses of institutional data pertaining to admissions, enrollment, financial aid, registration, course schedule, grade outcomes, degrees awarded, etc - as well as Human Resources & Faculty data, and financial data sets in support of institutional decision-making processes and external reporting requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities :
Minimum Job Requirements :
A bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of experience related to the duties and responsibilities specified, or an equivalent amount of education and / or experience. Knowledge of the methods and procedures used in quantitative and qualitative analysis using various computer software packages is required (MS Access, Excel, Argos, SPSS, SAS, or comparable). Experience in higher education is preferred.
