Job Responsibilities

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, and document treatment in accordance with company policy and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess and identify patient conditions.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs and responses to care.
• Apply sound nursing judgment in managing patient care decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as prescribed and ensure accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.
