Responsibilities
This is a full-time role for Riverbend Timber Framing, located in Blissfield, MI. Remote work may be an option. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who understands the unique demands of long-cycle, relationship-based sales in the custom home industry. If you have the ability to guide clients through extended decision-making processes while building trust and delivering value, this position is for you.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
35 years of successful long-cycle B2C sales experience (luxury goods, custom homes, or other high-value purchases preferred).
Deep understanding of the homebuilding process.
Proven ability to build trust and maintain relationships over extended sales cycles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.
Strong business acumen and basic finance knowledge.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to perform under deadline pressure.
Professional communication skills across all levels, from homeowners to executives.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
