Student Assistant (Work Study) for the Department of Finance

The Student Assistant works within the Department of Finance to support tasks as assigned.

Duties include but are not limited to : front office support (copying, organizing, electronic filing), and support administrative operations as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States
• Must be a University of Texas at Austin student, enrolled for at least 6 credit hours.
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail in a working environment
• Working knowledge of standard office machines including computers, printer and scanner
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
