Job descriptionAnalyze blueprints, conduct site visits, and prepare detailed cost estimates Perform take-offs and quantify materials, labor, and equipment Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams Track bid status and maintain strong GC relationships Stay current on industry trends, materials, and local codes 2+ years of commercial roofing or construction estimating experience Proficiency with The EDGE or similar estimating software Strong blueprint reading and bid document analysis skills Excellent communication, organization, and time management Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites OSHA 10 / 30 certification Bilingual (English / Spanish) Familiarity with AutoCAD / Revit Local market knowledge (Orlando or broader Florida region)

Title : Commercial Roofing Estimator
Location : Orlando, Tampa, Pensacola, Knoxville, Memphis, Greenville, Raleigh, Baton Rouge, Lubbock and more
Compensation : $70,000-$110,000
Minimum Requirements :
- 2+ years commercial roofing industry experience estimating mid-large scale projects
- Experience in some of the following applications / systems : TPO, PVC, BUR, Metal, EPDM, Coal Tar Pitch, Slate, Shingle
A well-established commercial roofing contractor is seeking a Commercial Roofing Estimator to join one of it's many teams. This is a strategic hire for a growing branch with a strong pipeline of new construction and re-roofing projects.
