for outpatient Oncology Infusion; Our shifts are 4- 10 hour starting 7am-5pm. We are looking for ONS certified, and Epic Experience is highly preferred. JOB SUMMARY

Working under the direction of the Infusion Center Manager, the RN assesses, plans, implements and collaborates with other departments to ensure excellence in patient and family care, reflective of CCH mission, vision, and values. The RN will integrate departmental goals for improvement across the care continuum. This position coordinates and delegates unit and patient care activities, as appropriate, to other health care providers. Practices within the framework of the Wyoming Nurse Practice Act, American Nurses Association professional standards, Infusion Nursing Society Standards of Professional Practice and other nationally recognized organizations.

Provides professional nursing care to assigned patients. Records patient histories, performs various diagnostic tests, administers medications, and develops patient care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals. Requires a valid state RN license.

Provides professional nursing care to patients needing intravenous or other treatments that the Infusion Center provides. Administers intravenous therapeutic and other methods of treatment as directed by provider. Determines appropriate venipuncture and / or catheter site. Observes patients treatments and records observations in the medical record. Provides information to patients and families regarding treatments and procedures. Requires completion of Fundamentals of Administration course.
