Overview :

Provides Behavioral Health services for callers to enhance their entrance into Mercy Health Care. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, guiding principles, mercy standards and NASW Code of Ethics.

Intake Specialist Qualifications :

  • Education

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or mental health degree required.

  • Preferred Licensure

    • LCSW or LPC preferred

    Intake Coordinator Qualifications :

  • Education

    • Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Social Work

  • Licensure

    • Licensure not required but preferred

  • Experience

    • 2 years mental health or crisis intervention experience preferred
