Case Manager - 40HRS DAYS

SHIFT : 5x8 Day 0800 - 1630

2 Years Minimum Experience Required

Must have 1 prior travel assignment

Certs Req : BLS, MD State License

Weekend Coverage : Every Other Weekend

Float Required : Medical units, ICU / CCU, Maternal child

Skills Req : Acute Hospital, Long Term Acute Care / Rehab / Skilled Nursing, Admission Criteria, Care coordination, Discharge Planning, Utilize InterQual Criteria, Utilize Milliman Guidelines

This facility requires that all employees have the Flu vaccine

May come into contact with Covid Patients
