Description :

This position involves working as a Certified Surgical Tech in the Operating Room.

The start date is scheduled for 10 / 13.

The assignment will last for 13 weeks.

The typical shift is from 6 : 30 AM to 7 : 00 PM.

On-call duty is required, with an average of 5-6 shifts in a 4-week period.

Candidates must possess skills in total joints, neuro, and Xi Robots.

Interest in patient advocacy is preferred.

Typical procedures include Total Joints, Multi-level spine fusions, and various Xi Robotic cases (GYN, Colorectal, General).

It is essential to maintain a positive outlook and work well with team members.

Patients are typically assigned a 1 : 1 ratio, ensuring focused care during procedures.

The surgical team includes RNs, scrub techs, and surgical support techs, with a varying number depending on the day.

Flexible availability and willingness to adapt to on-call requirements are necessary for this role.
