- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and goal orientation
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Business-minded spirit with leadership potential Preferred :
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree (completed within the past 24 months)
- Prior experience in sales, financial services, or business ownership
- Previous leadership or management experience
- Currently licensed or willing to obtain : Life and Health Insurance License and FINRA SIE, Series 6 or 7, and Series 63 Compensation : $110,000 - $175,000 yearly

$110,000-$175,000 per year
