Define and execute the AI / ML roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements.

Collaborate with product management, data science, and engineering teams to identify opportunities for AI / ML integration.

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI / ML solutions.

Establish best practices, standards, and governance for AI / ML development and deployment within the organization.

Monitor industry trends and emerging AI / ML technologies to guide innovation strategies. Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and developers. Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress effectively.
