About the Position :

We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Risk Control Specialist to join our team in the insurance industry. As a Risk Control Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and assessing risks associated with public entities (government agencies and municipalities) and religious organizations (houses of worship) for the insurance coverages that we provide (property, auto, and liability). Your main objective will be to develop and implement risk control strategies to minimize potential losses and ensure the safety of the public served by our clients. You will work closely with clients to identify their needs and provide them with tailored risk control solutions.

This is a full-time position that can be located in York, PA, Berwyn, PA, or remote – potentially anywhere in the country but close access to a major airport is required for travel convenience.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in safety or insurance risk / loss control, preferably with public entities or religious organizations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to travel by car and air for overnight / multi-day client visits
