Master Scheduler
Element San Bernardino is seeking a Master Scheduler to lead project planning, resource coordination, and productivity tracking to ensure alignment with customer schedules. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills to support a fast-paced and dynamic environment through effective forecasting, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000 / yr DOE
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain accurate project schedules
Monitor daily productivity and support on-time delivery
Coordinate materials, manage BOMs, and identify long-lead items
Collaborate with Project Managers on delivery timelines
Track cross-functional training and skill matrices
Support resource planning and headcount forecasting
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Develop dashboards and performance metrics
Forecast revenue, productivity, EBITDA, and on-time delivery
Perform tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Manager
Manage throughput capacity including staffing levels are adequate to support customer demands
Skills / Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of five (3) year similar job experience preferably in an aerospace manufacturing environment or a combination of education and work experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in production scheduling, project management, or operations
Proven experience with instrumentation, data, and control systems
Strong understanding of blueprints, P&IDs, CAD drawings, and schematics
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Solid communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic math and reasoning abilities
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or off shifts as needed
