Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Speech Language Pathologist Discipline : Therapy Start Date : ASAP Duration : 26 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Responsibilities :

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and update individualized treatment / discharge plans
• Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families
• Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols Qualifications :
• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS / MA)
• Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
