What we are looking for :
indiGO Auto Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our corporate team. This is a high-impact role responsible for delivering critical financial planning & analysis, forecasting, modeling, reporting, and decision support across a growing, multi-state automotive group.
This role reports to the Director of FP&A and works closely with corporate leadership, dealership controllers, and the parent company in Europe. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, proactive, and skilled at transforming financial data into clear insights that drive operational and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities :
Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting (FP&A)
Coordinate quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range financial planning across all dealerships.Build, enhance, and maintain driver-based financial models for revenue, expenses, headcount, and profitability.Consolidate financial plans for parent company reporting and support European FP&A timelines and deliverables.Conduct scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, ROI analysis, and strategic planning support for leadership.Develop KPIs, dashboards, and operational performance metrics to identify trends and drive performance improvement.Financial Reporting & Insights
Prepare monthly management reporting packages for senior executives, ownership, lenders, and parent company teams.Analyze P&L results, dealership performance, and operational drivers to deliver actionable insights.Partner with dealership Controllers to validate financial accuracy and understand business unit performance drivers.Prepare concise, visually polished presentations for leadership, board-level audiences, parent company, and external parties.Accounting Integration & Controls Support
Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure complete and accurate financial data flows between dealerships and Corporate HQ.Support the month-end close process by reviewing reconciliations, identifying variances, and ensuring adherence to GAAP.Contribute to internal controls, including monitoring and improving processes tied to the Bill of AuthoritiesHelp identify and implement process improvements across accounting and FP&A functions.Cash Management & Treasury Support
Assist with the group's daily cash pool management, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity monitoring.Support lender reporting, covenant tracking, and capital planning.Audit, Compliance & Tax Coordination
Support the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.Coordinate information requests related to federal and state filings in collaboration with the North America parent company office.Operational Support & Business Partnering
Assist in integration activities for newly acquired dealerships, including integration, reporting setup, and control alignment.Lead or support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives assigned by the Director of FP&A or CFO.The opportunity is for you if you meet the following :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or related rolesProven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business analysisStrong understanding of GAAP and corporate financial reportingAdvanced Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlinesHigh attention to detail, accountability, and professional maturityPreferred
